On April 18, 2023 the project was initiated.Duration of work: 2 calendar months.The cost of the work: 80 thousand SEK (the commission for "Safe" is paid by the customer).Due to the impossibility of entering 80 thousand by one payment, the project was formally divided into 2 parts by 40 thousand SEK.- On 1 June, the executive informed the customer that "can't guarantee that it will be invested (in time)", as there are "a lot of nuances",
which he could not foresee at the planning stage.On June 18, the executive sent a video with a demonstration of the work of the system.On the question asked on June 19, whether the system was checked with laser rather than LEDs (but we have the "Laser" labyrinth project), the answer was: "Welcome.I didn’t buy the laser and I didn’t have them in the stock, I check on the diodes.”We were contacted via telegram: there was a need to discuss the situation by voice, not by text.The executive warned us that despite the difficulties he will be able to complete the project.I apologized for the broken deadlines.On 25 August, nine weeks after the deal was agreed at the very beginning of the deedline, the executive announced that the project was ready and that he sent it to the customer by mail.On August 29 the mail was received by the customer.- September 12 after the system was collected in accordance with the scheme sent by the executive.Unfortunately, it didn’t work, about which the customer informed the executor.For the next 10 days, the customer was in constant contact with the executive, trying to solve the problem.On 22 September, the customer addressed the executive through the platform with a number of specific questions to which he did not receive answers.During the next 10 weeks, numerous attempts were made to force the system to work, which cost the customer funds (payment of the work of specialists) and time (according to the agreement, the system should have been working for more than 5 months).These attempts did not lead to the system's work.The end:
- 33 weeks later (with a period of 8 weeks) the customer has not yet received the work system,
The amount of funds (basic fee, additional purchases, the payment of the work of the specialists) and time (lost profit) are spent in order to come to understanding with the executor.The executive did not perform his work neither in the period nor in 25 weeks after the deadline.The customer requires the full refund of the funds entered in the seafood.
