About the project and role:
Carried out full development and technical leadership of the project from scratch (from architectural design to successful release and publication in the App Store and Google Play Store). Acted as the key developer responsible for product stability and integration of all key services.
Key technical achievements:
Architecture and Backend: Designed, connected, and configured the database on the Firebase platform from scratch, ensuring optimal data storage structure and user security.
… Custom UI/UX: Developed and implemented a unique interactive digital business card editor with support for intuitive Drag-and-Drop mechanics for flexible customization of elements.
Monetization and business logic: Integrated a subscription system for iOS and Android through RevenueCat with support for correct upgrade and downgrade logic (Upgrade/Downgrade) of access levels.
Synchronization automation: Set up "smart" real-time updates of user subscription statuses using RevenueCat Webhooks.
Authentication: Implemented secure and fast app login through OAuth protocols (Sign in with Apple / Google Sign-In).
Web development: Designed and developed the official promotional website (landing page) for web presentation of the mobile application and traffic generation.

Worked as part of a promising startup, where I was responsible for the development, technical support, and scaling of a mobile application. Together with the team, I transformed business requirements into stable technical solutions.
Key technical tasks and achievements:
Analytics and metrics: Designed and implemented a flexible architectural wrapper (Facade pattern) for unified event logging. This allowed for parallel and seamless integration and sending of data to Mixpanel and Firebase for in-depth user behavior analysis.
Monetization and subscriptions: Fully configured the logic of in-app purchases for iOS and Android through RevenueCat. Integrated dynamic payment screens (Paywalls), enabling the marketing team to flexibly manage rates without the need to re-release the app in stores.
… Backend & Firebase: Responsible for the development and optimization of the internal backend structure of the project based on Firebase. Developed new architectural data models and implemented cloud functions (Cloud Functions / Remote Config).
UI/UX and layout: Implemented a large number of new adaptive screens and complex interface elements based on pixel-perfect designs from Figma. Paid special attention to the smoothness of animations and the UI kit.
Quality and testing: Actively engaged in bug finding and fixing, conducted comprehensive functionality testing. Implemented the practice of code coverage with internal automated tests, significantly reducing the level of regression errors.
Product Mindset: Actively participated in product discussions, proposed technical improvements to optimize user experience (UX) and increase audience retention.

Project: Together Tales – Application for Couples

Description: Together Tales is a mobile application designed to strengthen relationships between partners through shared activities, interactive tasks, and helpful tips. The main idea is to inspire couples to spend more quality time together, improve communication, and develop relationships in a playful manner.
My role in the project: Initiator and sole developer of the project. Responsible for the full development cycle: from idea and design to implementation and testing of the MVP.
… Implemented features:
User registration and authentication using Firebase Authentication (email + password, Google sign-in), state management through AuthCubit.
Synchronization of partner accounts A unique mechanism for linking two users into a couple using an invitation code. One user creates the couple – the other joins.
Main screen with daily tasks and tips Each user is offered unique tasks daily that can be completed together with their partner. Helpful tips aimed at improving relationships are also available.
In-app currency and reward system Users earn in-game currency for completing tasks, which can be used in future bonus activities of the application (in development).
Interactive "Say Hello" button A simple way to show attention to a partner: the user presses the button, and their partner receives a notification with a warm message.
State Management and architecture The project is built on the principles of Clean Architecture, ensuring flexibility and scalability. Cubit (Bloc) is used for state management.
Backend and database Integration with Supabase has been implemented for storing user data and synchronization between devices.
MVP functionality is ready:
