A strange freelancer. Instead of the promised deadline in one day, I have almost two weeks, constantly inventing responses (I understand that there are light shutters, but parallelly I lead projects on this stock market and on the other, so there is something to compare with). As a result, he stopped responding.
The project has not been completed, time is lost.
Despite my loyalty, I highly NOT recommend this character - you will lose your time and nerves.

The project was originally registered, but there were many errors. The project was checked three times, Andriy was sent video recordings with errors, but some errors are still uncorrected. Andrew asked to send him 50% of the payment, and for the other 50% we created this project in which all mistakes must be corrected. Everything was agreed with the support of FH.

As a result of working on this project, Andriy corrected some mistakes, some did not. The last time edits were sent, I found errors that had been discussed for a long time and asked to check the project myself, at this point I was tired of writing down information for Andrew, which based on the design clearly showed, while the project was done a good specialist could check everything himself. -to fix and submit the project.
But Andrew decided to turn to arbitration, and as a result of the discussion, the arbitration said that Andrew needs to complete all the amendments. As a result of my last check, a large number of errors were found that were not corrected.

At the moment, Andriy does not get in touch on Sunday, does not send any edits, does not respond to messages.

According to estimates:
Quality of work: I didn't like it, although Andriy could have done everything well, but he decided to do everything as quickly as possible and made a lot of mistakes. These bugs aren't fixed yet.

Professionalism: if Andriy sat down and did everything carefully, the project would be successful.

Cost: The cost was the lowest among all the applications, but Andrew was chosen only for the reason that among all the candidates he was the only one who did the layout on Bootstrap, and not because of the cheapness.

Contact: availability was high.

Deadlines: for more than a month the project has remained with a lot of mistakes.
