Overall, the contractor completed their work within the agreed scope, deadlines, and cost. Some of the assessments are not maximal because some important (priority) information for website visitors mentioned in the brief ("Key benefits of the product that we are trying to convey on the first page: attractive price for the end user and fixed percentage of monthly income") was somewhat overly deprioritized in favor of illustration (the value of which in conveying the value proposition is questionable) and the title with a description of the services. Likewise, there are no benchmarks/examples of existing projects that we requested in the task - this is a "minus." Instead, the contractor created their own design and used it to demonstrate their own vision - which is undoubtedly a "plus," but this was done on the contractor's own initiative and was not a mandatory part of the task.
