The list of words is stored in a database — it can be added to and removed via a command in the bot, without editing the code and restarting.

Stack: Python, aiogram 3, Groq Whisper for speech recognition. Groq provides a free limit — for most groups, it is sufficient, and there will be no need to pay for the API. If traffic increases, we switch to OpenAI ($0.003 per minute of audio).
