But then... when the matter came to the delivery of the project, according to the agreed deadlines, problems began. The agreed TZ performed some 30%. Every time a specific time was agreed to discuss the project - the execution was delayed, or went, something was written and disappeared ... that is, it was to sit all day and wait ... pulled and fed promises. After it has passed 4 hours from the date, when the project had to be completely ready, and the executor in a row did not appear at the specified time and did not enter the promised routes, my patience ended. The person may be competent, but not completely punctual. We do not have a project burning, but when you are constantly fooled and the time is pulled - it burns. I do not advise anyone to risk and trust the work of this executive.
