I would develop a high-performance solution that pre-authorizes all accounts, synchronizes actions with the exact release time, and executes parallel purchase streams with strict session and error control. The main focus will be on reliability, precise timing, and secure account handling to avoid collisions or failed order placements. I will also ensure the scalability of the architecture so that the number of accounts, timing logic, and purchasing rules can be adjusted as needed.
