Every project starts with a conversation. Before building anything, I clarify exactly what needs to be automated and whether AI is the right fit for the specific process, not every task needs it.
If AI is involved, the system doesn't act blindly. Critical steps are backed by validation checks that verify the result before moving forward. And for high-risk actions, ones where a mistake would have a colossal outcome, the system doesn't proceed automatically at all. It pauses, sends the information to you for review, and only continues after you confirm. One button, then back to your day.
In practice:
A client needed to automate their money transfer process for customers. The system collects all the necessary transfer information, compiles it into a list, and sends it to the owner for review. Only after the owner confirms does the money reach the customers. No transfers happen without human approval, but everything that can be automated, is.
