      The task of the buyer was to produce a project of reconstruction of the current stadium, the construction of new tribunes, the administrative-building body.
      In this project, my role was in the visualization of sketches, the 3D development of constructive solutions and the making of drawings of parts of the structures.
      Part of the project was realised, but was not fully completed due to the beginning of military aggression in Ukraine.

      Under the sketches of the architect of the project and according to his task the exterior of the shopping center and the interior of one of its premises are designed to be presented to the customer of the main project.
      Through visualizations, the project solutions and the project as a whole were agreed, which was then realised and built.

      Thanks to the creation of a catalogue with 3D visualizations, the demand for the purchase of apartments in this complex grew.

      To obtain a bank loan, the customer needed to show a presentation of his project.
      First of all, I developed planning decisions according to the orderer's sketches and agreed them with him. After that, using SketchUp and Lumion, I performed 3D modeling and visualization of the appearance.
      The contractor received the bank’s permission and started the construction.
