As a television journalist, I traveled on assignments to cover stories, working with officials, politicians, and ordinary citizens. I wrote about complex economic topics сlear, concise and consistent. Additionally, I monitored news trends and generated new articles for the website.

For some years i wrote students academic paper. 

As an academic paper writer, I analyzed large volumes of information to write course papers and theses. I have written over 50 papers on topics such as psychology, history, advertising, marketing, and economics. I developed structured plans and focused on presenting the researched information in an organized manner.

Now, I work as a Technical Writer at a product company specializing in the sale of automotive spare parts. I write for the pricing team. 

- Created detailed guides, service descriptions, API documentation, and pricing incident reports for the pricing team.

- Developed and documented pricing flow for various pricing strategies, ensuring clarity and consistency in pricing structures.

- Collaborated with developers, project managers, and quality assurance teams to gather requirements and clarify technical details.

- Utilized tools such as Confluence, Jira, Miro, Draw.io, Figma, and Canva to create, organize, and present content.

- Led the migration and systematization of technical documentation from legacy systems to a new, structured space, improving accessibility and usability.

- Currently developing a comprehensive knowledge base for the entire pricing domain to be used across the company.

- Applied Scrum methodology to manage and prioritize tasks effectively in an agile work environment.

- Worked closely with developers to integrate data and ensure accuracy in documentation related to pricing models.

- Developed a Telegram chatbot to improve user interaction and automation.
- Set up automated reminders for license and tool expiration management.
- Researched and tested AI tools to optimize editorial workflows.
- Migrated existing documentation to a new platform, ensuring consistency and accessibility.
