Spent a lot of time on negotiations to precisely agree on what needs to be done and the final result. Agreed on the cost and deadlines. Completed the task on time, but without considering that there would be revisions. Revisions to the text part were made, but additional requirements for the article were refused to be fulfilled.

We discussed the additional requirements in advance, which involved inserting screenshots from videos that should complement the article text. The performer did this, but they had no relation to the text. When asked to correct this, the performer stated that it was work for designers. The SEO component of the text is satisfactory, professionalism is unsatisfactory, although when responding to the task, the performer stated that they are knowledgeable in this area.

In terms of communication - the author is great, but in terms of professionalism, they do not meet expectations. The work was in English, on a crypto topic - a 500-word article. The brief and structure were provided. Initially, I allowed them to familiarize themselves, and the author took it on. After the first attempt - the text was completely unsatisfactory, missing elements from the brief and the writing level was very low (file1). After revisions, elements were added (but not as per the brief), the text barely improved - but there is no understanding of the topic, no understanding of how to write a coherent article that will be readable, many lexical errors in the sentences (poor formulation, incoherence).
