The working conditions with Dmytro were pleasing right away, as was the price. Unfortunately, we did not come close to a decision, so I cannot evaluate anything other than the cost and responsiveness, so I ask you not to pay attention to the rating. I understood right away that this task is unlikely to be solved quickly and effectively by one person, so I have no complaints about Dmytro.
