I have a diverse professional background that combines operations, sales, marketing, recruitment, and executive support. This mix allows me to understand both the business side and the human side of projects, which helps me build strong working relationships and deliver reliable results.
I’ve supported CEOs, founders, and sales directors with day-to-day operations, inbox and calendar management, client communication, outreach, CRM and lead management, and project coordination. I’ve also been part of project management teams, making sure tasks are aligned with timelines, budgets, and priorities.
My experience includes outreach and partnership building across different industries (including cold outreach), marketing support for e-commerce platforms, content publishing, basic social media management, and operational support behind the scenes to keep systems running smoothly.
I’m highly organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks once I understand the process. I don’t just “wait for instructions” — I look for ways to improve workflows and support business growth. I value clear communication, discretion when handling sensitive information, and long-term collaboration.
I’m available to start immediately, currently for around 20 hours per week, with a strong preference for long-term cooperation and the opportunity to grow into a bigger role over time.
