The client needed a quick, objective, and fully automated way to process incoming job applications. Their HR department was spending over 20 hours a week manually reviewing resumes, sending follow-up emails, and evaluating candidates. Solution: I created a fully automated hiring workflow based on artificial intelligence, using n8n, GPT-4, LlamaParse, Jotform, Gmail, and Airtable. The system: - captures applications through Jotform - analyzes PDF resumes using LlamaParse - evaluates candidates using GPT-4 - scores them on a scale from 1 to 10 and directs them to the appropriate path - sends personalized HTML emails - stores all candidate data in Airtable.
