I am a Junior Project Manager responsible for organizing team workflows and leading projects from conception to delivery utilizing Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, along with Jira. My duties include creating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), managing resources, scheduling, assessing risks, and overseeing planning, stakeholder communication, documentation, and presentation of solutions. Through completing an IT Project Management course, I enhanced my skills in project planning, execution monitoring, requirement management, task prioritization, and financial oversight, while gaining exposure to various project management frameworks and methodologies. I am committed to further developing my expertise in IT project management and establishing efficient processes that contribute to successful outcomes for teams and clients.
I have successfully completed courses in Projector and DAO Project Management. In the IT Project Management courses, I acquired practical skills crucial for effective project oversight, including planning, execution control, stakeholder engagement, requirements management, task prioritization, and budget management. Additionally, I learned to apply diverse frameworks and methodologies to ensure the successful completion of projects.
In the DAO Project Management UA course, students gained practical knowledge regarding the entire lifecycle of an IT project, from initiation to closure. The program covered project planning, risk management, documentation such as Terms of Reference (TOR), User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria, as well as tools like Jira and Trello. The coursework also included Agile techniques, including Scrum and Kanban, team communication, and stakeholder management.
