Android Developer with about 7 years of commercial experience, primarily working with Kotlin (6 years) and earlier Java (1.5–2 years). I’ve built and maintained Android applications across domains including media streaming, food delivery, transport tracking, sports training, security, and large-scale parental control systems.
I have experience in modern Kotlin-based development as well as deep work with legacy codebases, including full rewrites from Java to Kotlin. I’ve worked extensively with system-level Android features such as VPNService, Accessibility Service, Device Admin / Device Owner, foreground services, Bluetooth (including hardware modules), media playback, maps (Google Maps and OpenStreetMap), background execution limits, and OEM-specific behavior (Huawei, Samsung), as well as Wear OS.
I integrate third-party services and SDKs (Firebase, analytics, ads, payments, chats), work with networking, sockets, custom views, and animations, and focus on stability, performance, and UX.
