I build focused CRM and workflow systems for small teams that currently manage customers, payments, tasks and follow-ups across spreadsheets, inboxes and chat.

My approach starts with the data model and acceptance criteria: records, relationships, ownership, status, due dates, next actions and the exact tests that prove the workflow works.

I develop Mitopus, a configurable CRM and workflow platform with relational registers, filtered views, forms, Kanban, calendar, CSV imports, permissions and automations. I also work with existing tools when the client needs a focused integration or a better operational model. My technical stack includes TypeScript, Node.js, Vue, MongoDB, REST APIs and n8n.

For a first engagement I prefer a controlled pilot: one process, one data model, one automation, three acceptance tests and a documented handover. This keeps the scope measurable and lets the client validate value quickly.
