    • Promotion on Pinterest: from zero to 410K views per month

      Social Media Marketing (SMM)
      TO:
      The Pinterest account was launched completely from scratch: without an audience, without content and content strategy, without organic traffic or advertising budget. The task was to create a Pinterest channel to further assist in attracting organic traffic to an Etsy store with digital products — AI-generated aesthetic wall art for download, print, and home decor. All content was created without using a personal brand, personal face, or lifestyle content — solely based on AI-generated visuals.

      IMPLEMENTATION:
      A Pinterest SEO strategy and organic promotion system were developed with a focus on:
      * keyword optimization;
      * trending aesthetic niches;
      * Pinterest search intent;
      * seasonal content;
      * CTR and outbound clicks;
      * creating "viral-friendly" AI visuals.
      I completely built:
      * the structure of the Pinterest account;
      * thematic boards;
      * content plan;
      * SEO keyword system;
      * regular posting schedule;
      * developed AI prompts for generating quality AI art and created content based on them.

      The content consisted solely of AI-generated aesthetic images for:
      * printable wall art;
      * desktop & mobile wallpapers and posters.

      All results were achieved 100% organically — without spending on advertising or paid promotion.

      RESULTS:

      * The Pinterest account grew from 0 to 250K–350K stable monthly views;
      * peak result — 414K+ views in a month;
      * stable retention of metrics for over 6 months;
      * significant organic growth: impressions, engagement, saves, outbound clicks, comments, pin clicks.

      Individual posts reached:
      * 100K+ impressions on one pin;
      * 4K+ outbound/pin clicks;
      * several hundred downloads of one digital product.

      The project demonstrated the potential for scaling Pinterest traffic and generating sales for the Etsy store entirely organically — without a personal brand, without lifestyle content, and without an advertising budget, solely through AI-generated content, Pinterest SEO, and a systematic content strategy.
    • Marketing & PR Strategy for Tech SaaS

      Public Relations (PR)
      TO:
      The company operated without a clearly defined marketing, PR, and content strategy, with a low level of brand recognition and a lack of established identity and tone of voice. There was no structured understanding of the target audience and customer journey, weak presence and low engagement on social media, as well as a minimal number of inbound leads. SEO was not utilized, and web analytics and conversion tracking were absent or ineffective, leading to a high bounce rate.

      IMPLEMENTATION:
      Development of marketing, PR, and content strategies from scratch. This included conducting strategic sessions to define business goals, market and competitor analysis, creating ICP and customer journey. I established key communication channels, including SEO, and implemented a structured approach to content: content plans, categories, guidelines. I also launched PR activities: formed a media database, wrote pitches and op-ed materials, identified relevant industry events and awards. Additionally, I coordinated the work of external SEO specialists and website improvements, including setting up analytics.

      RESULTS:
      As a result, the company achieved a clear brand identity, defined tone of voice, and a structured approach to communication and scaling. Brand recognition increased significantly, becoming a market leader, while social media demonstrated steady organic growth and high engagement levels. PR activities secured over 10 publications in 6 months in tier-1 geos, including materials in Forbes Tech Council. SEO metrics and site indexing improved, analytics systems were implemented, and website performance was optimized to increase conversions. Ultimately, the business built a scalable marketing system, increased the number of inbound leads, expanded the team, and launched new products.

      Social media was managed chaotically and without a system: there was no brand book, content plans, clear tone of voice, or unified visual style. Publications were irregular, without understanding what content, in what format, and when to publish for different platforms. There was a lack of knowledge about social media algorithms, principles of reach, and audience engagement mechanics. The content was not tailored to the interests of the target audience, and the level of interaction, reach, and organic growth remained low.

      IMPLEMENTATION:
      Work was conducted across several social networks: Meta (Instagram, Facebook), LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Telegram, Pinterest, Reddit, Quora.

      Guidelines for managing each individual social network were created according to its algorithms. Detailed rules, policies according to compliances, disclaimers were written to avoid shadow bans and page blocks.

      Achieved a +15-20% increase in engagement rate, CTR, reach, and subscriber growth every 3 months thanks to a custom-developed content strategy for each social network separately for B2B and B2C audiences.

      Results were achieved through trend analysis and audience interests, development and maintenance of a unique brand style, regular posting, daily stories, and the use of various content formats (single images, carousels of ~10 slides, entertaining and educational reels).

      Categories: how-to guides and tutorials, adapted memes and humorous reels, video cuts from streams, educational reels and carousels, forecasts and predictions, expert comments, trends and important market news, game reviews, coverage of sports events, rules and regulations of games. To stay on trend, fun AI content, graphics, and videos were also created.

      RESULTS:
      The business began to receive regular organic subscriptions and increased reach in social networks by 20%+, demonstrating a high level of interaction with subscribers, colleagues, and partners.

      Additionally, on an organic basis, the business started to receive dozens of incoming messages per month through social networks with requests for partnerships and advertising placements from new partners and advertisers.

      Results were achieved through trend analysis, an adapted content strategy, regular posting, community management, and the use of various content formats: PDF files, collections, news, trends, market changes, photos, and videos from events.
