Compilator C for MCS8048
Embedded Systems & MicrocontrollersFor IC MCS8048 at that time (and today) there was no C compiler.
The task was to write a compiler and develop a few stages on it on MCS8048.
The compiler used the recurrent drop method and issued the result in the form of an assembly code or binary file. With the help of the compiler, two devices were developed.

IP-telephony on a specialized router
Embedded Systems & MicrocontrollersThe MIPS router contained 4 MB of flash and 32 MB of RAM. The OpenWRT operating system in the packed appearance was contained in the flash, while working was packed in RAM.
OpenWRT has a SIP server and a microphone/dynamic driver.
With the help of the device, it was possible to talk through the IP-telephone.

The complexity was that the IC had no built-in SHIM. Furthermore, the frequency of MK is 1MHz. Polyphony is synthesized with DDS. The data for the melodies were stored in the external EEPROM in packaged form. It was necessary to read the data in time, dispack them and get into the SIM software method.
