Massage salon
Social Media AdvertisingAbout the project:
Healthy.joy.te is a massage salon in Ternopil that specializes in Chinese manual massage techniques. 13 years of experience. Premium segment. The salon sells 1 service and certificates for a larger number of massages, and also sells cosmetics. We have worked with the salon for 4 months, and now the salon is undergoing renovations, and they will also be adding cosmetology services.
Main tasks:
… 1. Create records for new masters
2. Sell subscriptions
3. Implement analytics into the project
Process:
A significant preparation was conducted before the launch. The target audience and competitors were analyzed (in local business, it is important to look at the city map and where the competitors are located). A table was prepared for data entry. A funnel was built through which the upselling of subscriptions occurred in the massage salon.
During the test, it was found that the message target worked best. The lead form target also performed well, but the cost per lead and sale was higher. Among the offers, the discount with a time-limited trigger worked best. Advertising was launched on Instagram and Facebook, with Facebook performing better. Many problems arose during the work; let's go through what problems occurred and how they were resolved.
Problems:
1. The Instagram and Facebook profiles were not maintained. The salon did not have an SMM specialist, and the salon administrators did not want to engage in this. That is why I didn't even try to test the traffic advertising goal. I conveyed to the client that account management is very important and affects conversion, but they did not want to address the issue.
2. The administrators did not know how to sell through Direct. I conducted a call where I outlined the sales script and the structure that should be followed for sales.
3. The administrators also did not always fill out the table, which affected the accuracy of the data.
4. Limited content for advertising; there was a significant lack of quantity and quality of creative content.
5. Internal problems within the salon. Unfortunately, the administrators were not on friendly terms and did not communicate with each other, which led to a series of problems.
6. They could not provide a client database.

Chinese tea
Social Media AdvertisingGongfu_cha_— a store of Chinese tea and utensils
Input data:
- Unsuccessful experience with the previous targetologist
… - Lack of analytics, no understanding of average check, client price, application price, net profit
- No regular sales
Main tasks:
1. Attract new clients
2. Create a steady flow of sales
3. Implement analytics into the project
What has been done?
1. I thoroughly researched the market and target audience
2. Analyzed the launches of the previous targetologist and identified several hypotheses
3. Implemented a table where we recorded all indicators and subsequently saw the average check, client price, application price, net profit, conversion to sales
4. Launched advertising
5. Defined KPIs
6. Developed a scaling plan
What results did we achieve?
- During the test period, we received 72 applications, of which 35 were sales
- ROAS = 360
- Using the table, I developed a scaling plan
Let's summarize the results for the test period:
Budget: $900
Number of applications: 434
Average application cost: $2
Number of sales: 186
Average sale price: $4.8
Average check - 1080 UAH

Online foreign language school
Social Media AdvertisingGreen.point - online school of foreign languages. The school teaches Italian, French, German, Spanish, and English.
Main issues:
- All languages were promoted simultaneously except for English without focusing on analyzing which language performs better
… - High cost per lead - $9
- Geo was not segmented during promotion (many geos were promoted in one campaign)
- Creatives were developed without segmentation and were not focused on the pains, needs, and fears of the target audience; the emphasis was only on discounts
- There was no free lesson as part of the funnel
- Sales were conducted through phone calls, advertising was directed to direct messages (this is actually individual, but it turned out to be another stage in the funnel, as it was necessary to get the client's phone number)
- There was no daily reporting on the number and cost of leads
What I did:
1. Thoroughly analyzed the target audience, identified their needs, pains, and fears, and divided them into segments
2. Identified the languages that provide the best return on investment. Focused on German and Italian
3. Divided advertising campaigns by geo for more precise targeting
4. Developed new creatives focused on the pains and needs of the target audience instead of focusing on discounts
5. Added a free trial
6. Focused on advertising for quizzes, as this brought the lowest cost per application and better lead qualification.
7. Added daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. The reporting included a breakdown by languages, which included average check, ROAS, number of leads, cost per lead, etc.
8. Reduced the cost per lead to $6.1
9. During the collaboration, added TikTok ads
RESULTS AFTER 9 MONTHS OF COLLABORATION
Budget: $15,909 (660,138 UAH)
Number of applications: 2,594
Average cost per application: $6.1
Sales: 388
Cost per sale: $41
Average check: 8,687 UAH
Revenue: 3,370,733 UAH
ROAS: 5.1
IMPORTANT
Since the client does not share complete data, the calculations only consider the first purchases. Repeat purchases from clients are not included here, and there are many, with a very high percentage buying again. If they are added, the total amount and return on investment will be significantly higher. It is important to consider all purchases made by the client after we brought them from targeting in the return on investment.
We continue to work with the client, and two new sales managers have appeared. We are scaling the budget and added TikTok Ads for multichannel scaling.

600 00 UAH for a grocery store from China, the USA, and Europe
Social Media AdvertisingSweet.svitt - is a store for foreign products. The assortment includes 1000 different items. The main categories are energy drinks, snacks, noodles, and sweets.
Main problems:
The client was receiving sales from prom.ua and rozetka, decided to scale up and add Meta advertising. Previous launches were unsuccessful, and after an audit, the following main problems were identified:
…
- Advertising was launched on Instagram, not on the website (with such a number of products, it is very difficult to operate without a website).
- The target audience and product categories were not segmented.
- Low margin. The margin was at 30%, the client was engaging in price dumping.
- Low average check. All products cost up to 250 UAH.
- From the Meta source, the client broke even.
- High cost per sale.
What I did:
1. Analyzed the target audience;
2. Competitors;
3. Created an advertising launch strategy;
4. Increased the margin to 55%;
5. With the help of analytics and initial launches, determined that the categories of energy drinks and noodles had the highest return on investment.
6. Created video creatives for these categories together with the client.
7. Launched campaigns on the website for separate categories.
RESULTS AFTER 3 MONTHS OF WORK
Budget: $2096 (86,984 UAH)
Sales: 610
Cost per sale: $3.4
Average check: 1,054 UAH
Revenue: 642,940 UAH
ROAS: 7.1
Margin: 55%
Now we are scaling Facebook and adding TikTok advertising.
