2 USD How to wake up refreshed without a liter of coffee?
RewritingCoffee is cool, but if in the morning you look like a zombie, then the problem is not with the drink. There are a few simple tricks that really work:
1. A glass of water right after waking up. The body gets the signal: "it's time to wake up."
2. 5 minutes of movement. You don't need to squat 100 times — light stretches or jumping in place will be enough.
3. Light. Open the curtains or step out onto the balcony — sunlight activates the internal "alarm clock."
… 4. Music. Choose a track that energizes you and make it your "morning signal."
5. Go to bed at the same time every night. The body loves stability, even if you are a "night owl."
