The 3D model was provided without materials, meaning the bottle model exists, but it is not glass. It was not provided because he said it was his "trade secret." Accordingly, to continue working and create new renders, I am forced to turn to another designer.

Overall, I was satisfied with the results of the work and the final 3D models; however, the project execution process was complicated by several factors. At the approval stage, misunderstandings arose due to a lack of a clear brief. This led to numerous revisions and additional time for explanations, which delayed the deadlines. It is possible that this situation is partly related to the time difference between California and Ukraine, which made the communication process less efficient.

I would like to note separately that, although there was no obligation to provide the original working files in the project conditions, the contractor initially agreed to transfer them and then changed their decision and requested additional payment for this. Such a change in conditions during the work process also added stress and inconvenience.

Overall, the quality of the models was satisfactory, but improvements in the organization of work and greater transparency in the terms of cooperation would benefit both parties. The contractor is advised to clearly define the terms at the start and adhere to them throughout the work process.
