Hello! We offer a full range of services, from project development to turnkey construction and complete interior furnishing. "RichmanStudio has extensive experience in online design in Ukraine, Europe, and the USA. Each of our new projects is individual. We will always be able to offer an optimal and cost-effective solution to all your wishes.


We work in the following programs: 3Dmax+Corona, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, etc.

                                                               Author's supervision:

  • Project control during construction to ensure compliance with the project
  • Making changes to the project at the entire stage of construction work
  • Development of drawings for individual structures and furniture
  • Estimates for finishing works, furniture, doors, windows, etc.
  • List of finishing works
  • Specification for wall and floor coverings, furniture, lighting, electricity, plumbing, textiles, decorative elements, etc.
  • Procurement control
  • Regular visits of the designer to the object and showrooms (the number of visits is discussed individually)


The cost of designer's supervision is paid separately by agreement of the parties


At the request of the Customer, in the absence of designer's supervision, during repair and construction works, it is possible for the designer to visit the site or construction stores, each such visit is paid separately by agreement with the client.


We also provide discounts of 5% or more for the purchase of finishing materials, furniture, decor, sanitary appliances, lighting, electrical equipment, etc.


*Please note: do not confuse technical supervision of the project with author's supervision. A qualified architect-designer can perform technical supervision, but this is a separate service that is negotiated and paid for separately.    


                                                             3D visualization services:

  1. To calculate the cost of a 3D visualization project, you need to send a detailed technical specification. At this stage, you send all the materials, textures, furniture and light, etc. that have been approved with the customer. The TOR should be presented in the form of a collage or a list with reference to the furniture layout.
  2. 3D modeling. At this stage, you provide freehand sketches or links to 3D models from the 3ddd website. To get started, you will need to make an advance payment of 50% of the total cost of the projected room.  
  3. Approval of the model. At this stage, you can provide visualizations without textures (White BOX), which you can discuss with the client in advance for compliance with the project.
  4. Final 3D visualization. At this stage, you pay the remaining amount and we send you the image in the agreed size, usually 1920*1280px or 2400*1600px



                                                              Additional services:

  •  Designing customized furniture. We make preliminary and technical drawings for cabinetry, kitchens, built-in wardrobes, etc. We provide a full specification, calculate the material and make drawings of each part with patterns
  • 3D visualization
  • Additional drawings with general data and explanations
  • Project calculation in a furniture company
