In general, the impressions are pleasant, there is the organization of work both with the customer and within the team, there are the metrics of the performance measurement, in something more experience, in something a little less, but also the niche of my order (psychology, coaching) is specific and not popular if you develop and position yourself without pop-up decisions.
However, from the four companions with whom the video meetings were, Sergey and his team immediately gave another, more competent and pleasant to work impression.
It needs to be tested, adjusted, observed.
