Bot DevelopmentDeveloped a Telegram bot for a service center for laptop repairs that automates the process of initial diagnostics and cost estimation for repairs.
The project was implemented on the Make.com platform with integration of artificial intelligence through the HTTP API of the xAI platform (Grok model) and using Google Sheets as a database for the price list and order tracking.
… Logic of operation:
The user describes the problem with the laptop in Telegram. The bot sends the request to the Grok model for malfunction analysis. Based on the received response, the system accesses Google Sheets, where a structured price list is stored, and generates a preliminary cost estimate for the repair. After this, the user receives a diagnosis and an approximate price.
Then the client can confirm the order through an inline button. In case of confirmation, the bot automatically sends the request to the working chat of the masters. An available master can accept the order through an inline button. All requests are registered in a separate Google Sheets sheet for further accounting and monitoring of execution.
