Google Ads for a Premium Window Sills eCommerce Store
Contextual AdvertisingSillbud is an eCommerce store specializing in premium window sills from brands such as Topalit, Werzalit, and KaschPro. The company also sells countertops, table legs, drip caps, decking boards, and related products. In addition to online sales, the client provides turnkey installation services, so the main goal was not only increasing eCommerce sales but also generating high-quality installation and consultation leads.
What Was Done
— Started working on the advertising campaigns in March 2025.

Initially, the account was optimizing for phone clicks, WhatsApp/Viber clicks, and other micro-conversions, which negatively affected campaign optimization quality.
Eventually, only real business conversions were left:
purchases, website form submissions, and Binotel leads.

semantic expansion;
adding new product categories;
testing bidding strategies;

scaling top-performing campaigns.
Results
— Over the year, the campaigns generated 953 conversions.
— Cost per conversion decreased from UAH 7,399 to UAH 771 (–89.58%).
— Overall account conversion rate increased from 0.05% to 0.42% (+681%).
— Search campaign conversion rate increased from 0.16% to 1.90% (+1119%).
— Top impression share increased from 67.24% to 73.44%.
— The advertising budget was successfully scaled from ~$500 per month at the start to ~ $2000+ per month due to stable performance growth.
Conclusion
The project achieved a significant increase in advertising efficiency, reduced lead acquisition costs, and scaled the advertising budget by more than 4x.
By optimizing the account structure, product feed, and conversion tracking system, the campaigns started learning from real purchases and qualified leads, which significantly improved traffic quality and increased both product sales and turnkey installation inquiries.

Google Ads advertising for a law firm in Germany
Contextual AdvertisingThe client is a German law firm that specializes in recovering funds for delayed or canceled airline flights. Before our collaboration began, the client managed advertising campaigns on Google Ads for the landing page themselves. The main request from the client is to increase the number of inquiries with a cost per lead not exceeding €40.
What has been done:

Google Ads for Food Delivery | ROAS 11.45
Contextual AdvertisingClient — a food delivery restaurant in Kharkiv specializing in шашлык, lula kebab, barbecue, and grilled dishes. The main goal was to increase online orders through Google Ads while maintaining positive ROI in the highly competitive food delivery niche.
Results Over 2 Months
— Ad spend: 20,257 UAH.

What Was Done
— Implemented eCommerce conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 on the Choice platform.
— Configured purchase and checkout tracking for accurate campaign optimization.
— Initially, campaigns optimized toward all user actions, including phone number clicks.
— After collecting enough data, campaigns were switched to optimize only for real website purchases.
— Later, the campaigns were transitioned to a Target CPA bidding strategy with a target order cost of approximately 150 UAH.
— Collected and structured a semantic core based on high-intent and commercial keywords:
- “BBQ delivery”;
- “order шашлык delivery”;
- “lula kebab delivery”;
- “barbecue delivery” and others.
— Performed deep negative keyword optimization:
- excluded competitors;
- excluded areas outside the delivery zone;
- filtered irrelevant and informational search queries.
— Conducted large-scale cross-negative optimization between ad groups to improve ad relevance and traffic quality.
— Ongoing optimization included:
- adding negative keywords;
- disabling underperforming ad groups;
- bid and budget optimization;
- improving ROI performance.
Conclusion
The project achieved highly profitable advertising performance in one of the most competitive local niches — food delivery. Thanks to accurate purchase tracking, deep semantic optimization, and continuous search query optimization, the campaigns started generating stable online orders with positive ROI and predictable customer acquisition costs.
Additionally, part of the orders came through phone calls from the website, which were not included in the statistics due to the absence of call tracking at this stage.
At the same time, the campaigns generated over 100 phone number clicks in just 2 months, meaning the actual customer acquisition cost was even lower than shown in the advertising account.

Client: An online store specializing in ergonomic furniture (height-adjustable desks, office and gaming chairs). The products are in a higher price range, which makes promotion more challenging and requires careful audience targeting and keyword selection.

Client: An auto service near Rotterdam specializing in scratch removal and car paint surface restoration.
What was done
— Conducted an audit of advertising campaigns for the last 6 months. Decided not to fix old campaigns, but launch new ones from scratch.
… — Fixed conversion tracking: some events were missing due to lack of Google Consent Mode compliance. Implemented a cookie banner via a third-party service, which enabled proper data transfer to Google Ads and GA4.

SEO Promotion for Red Fish Seafood Online Store
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)Red Fish is an online seafood store that delivers across Ukraine. The website offers fish, caviar, shrimp, mussels, squid, octopus, seafood delicacies, and other products.
The main goal was to increase organic website traffic and improve Google rankings through technical optimization, website structure expansion, semantic keyword research, and landing page optimization.
… Work on the website started in January 2021.
Results
Organic traffic grew from 1,041 users in January to 6,674 users in November 2021.
This means organic traffic increased by approximately +541% compared to the first month of work.
From January 1, 2021 to November 29, 2021, the website received 25,703 users from organic search.
Compared to the same period in 2020, organic traffic increased by 272.78%.
In November 2021, organic search brought 6,674 users, compared to 2,205 users in November 2020.
Most of the growth was achieved without active external link building. The main focus was on internal website optimization.
What Was Done
A full technical SEO audit of the website was conducted. Based on the audit, a technical task was prepared for developers to fix website errors.
Competitor websites in the seafood eCommerce niche were analyzed. The website structure was expanded, and semantic keyword research was collected for the main website pages: categories, subcategories, and product pages.
Technical tasks for SEO content were prepared based on the collected keyword research. Meta tags were created and optimized for website pages, including Title, Description, and H1.
Landing pages were optimized for relevant target search queries.
Each month, the current state of the website, organic traffic dynamics, and keyword positions were analyzed. Organic traffic performance was also tracked in Google Analytics and compared with the previous year.
An important point: external SEO optimization was almost not used at this stage. The main focus was on technical SEO, website structure, semantic keyword research, content, and internal optimization.
Organic Traffic Growth
In January 2021, the website received 1,041 users from organic search. After technical improvements, structure expansion, and page optimization, traffic started to grow steadily.
By November 2021, organic traffic reached 6,674 users per month.
Summary
As a result, we significantly increased organic traffic for the seafood online store and improved the website’s visibility in Google search.
The main result was achieved through comprehensive internal SEO optimization: technical audit, error fixing, website structure expansion, semantic keyword research, meta tag optimization, and SEO content preparation.
Organic traffic grew from 1,041 to 6,674 users per month, while the total growth compared to the previous year reached 272.78%.

Client — a construction company. Before our collaboration, the client managed the advertising campaigns independently. They reached out to me to increase the client base during the peak season (February to June) via Google Ads.

Client — a beauty salon in Kharkiv. The main goal is to attract clients for procedures through Instagram Direct and to increase the number of followers. Additionally, to attract clients through the website.
Actions Taken:

Results:
— The average cost per message over a year was $3.19. It's important to note that there are different services, such as facials and peels, which are more expensive than manicures, thus increasing the client acquisition cost. For manicures, the average cost per message is around $2.5.
— In Google Ads, we advertised all popular services, but gradually retained only the most effective campaigns. The average conversion cost was 23 UAH due to inexpensive conversions in the PMax campaign. Overall, the conversion cost for search campaigns was 300 UAH.

Google Ads Campaign for a Local Business in the USA
Contextual AdvertisingClient: А surf school operating in Miami and Los Angeles.
Goal: Reduce the cost per booking and increase ad profitability. All bookings go through the website.
What I did:

Launch Google Ads for a New Dental Clinic in Zaporizhzhia
Client: A new dental clinic in Zaporizhzhia that opened in 2024. They had no prior experience with online advertising. The primary goal was to attract new clients at an affordable cost. A key challenge was that their pricing was above the city average. Their main specialization is dental surgery.
What we did:
— Launched a search campaign targeting general dental queries;

Results after 6 months:

— Performance Max delivered 80 leads at ₴261, proving to be the most efficient.
After achieving stable performance, we scaled the budget from ₴15,000 to ₴30,000 per month. Further scaling has been temporarily paused, as the clinic is currently at full capacity. Future plans include launching new services and increasing the monthly ad budget to ₴50,000.
