Automated B2B lead generation: Google Maps → first contact T
Designed and packaged a "turnkey" automated B2B lead generation service: the system collects target companies from Google Maps, conducts validation/filtering according to business rules (rating, reviews, categories, etc.), initiates first contact on Telegram from a "live" account (not a bot), and then automatically classifies responses (positive/negative/later/no response) and transfers "warm" leads to Google Sheets / Telegram / CRM. The solution is suitable for B2B companies that want a stable flow of new dialogues and minimize manual work for managers at the initial screening stage.
Key stages of the process:
… - Parsing companies from Google Maps by geo/categories/keywords.
- Validation and segmentation of the database (filters for the niche, excluding irrelevant segments).
- Automation of the first contact on Telegram + follow-up scenarios (if needed).
- Qualification of responses and labeling lead statuses.
- Transfer of "warm" contacts with context into tables/channels or integration with CRM (in advanced configurations).
- Regular reporting on KPIs: volume, deliverability, % responses, % positive, number of warm leads.
Value for the business:
Provides a managed outbound lead generation channel with transparent statistics and automatic qualification, allowing managers to focus only on interested companies.

223 USD Telegram bot for furniture brand (affiliate program)
Developed a Telegram bot for a furniture brand as a "designer portal": users can browse the product catalog, upload 3D models, register for the affiliate program, and publish their own projects with a list of used furniture. For convenient registration and project creation/publication, a Telegram Mini App has been implemented, and access to features is managed through roles and access levels. Automation and backend processes are built on n8n, data is stored in Supabase, integrations work via API, and separate business tables/registers are in Google Sheets.
Key functionality:
… - Telegram bot with navigation through the furniture catalog and product cards.
- Uploading/releasing 3D models (upon request from the product card or through a selection).
- Registration of designers in the affiliate program via Mini App.
- Project publication: description, selection of used furniture items, confirmation/moderation (by roles).
- Roles/access levels: different capabilities for guests, registered designers, partners/admins.
- Storage of profiles, projects, "project furniture" links, statuses — in Supabase.
- Synchronization of part of the data/registers in Google Sheets for managers (reports, applications, statuses).
Technologies: n8n, Supabase, Telegram Bot API + Telegram Mini Apps, REST API, Google Sheets.

111 USD Automatic scanner for profitable lots for skin trading in the game CS2
Data ParsingDeveloped end-to-end automation on n8n for a CS2 skin trader: the system automatically collects new lots from CSFLOAT, enriches them with data from other markets via API, calculates key demand/liquidity metrics, and finds the most profitable opportunities. All lots and calculation results are stored in Supabase, and the user instantly receives notifications about "best finds" in Telegram and push notifications on their phone.
What has been done (functionality):
… Automatic collection of new lots from CSFLOAT (via API) and data normalization.
Storage and maintenance of lot history in Supabase (a single database for search, analytics, and deduplication).
Price comparison from multiple platforms (Steam Market / CS:GO Market, etc.) for arbitrage assessment.
Calculation of metrics:
- average selling price over the last days,
- number of sales in the last 7 days,
- skin liquidity (based on sales activity/demand).
Selection rules for "profitable" lots (margin/demand/liquidity) and automatic scoring.
Notifications via Telegram API + push notifications when lots passing filters appear.
Technologies: n8n, REST API, Telegram Bot API, Supabase (DB/storage of lots).
Reviews and compliments on completed projects 1
I want to sincerely thank Vitaliy for teaching me how to work with n8n. It was important for me not just to receive dry advice, but to really understand how it can be applied in my work. Vitaliy himself suggested what would be best to test and how to build the process so that everything would be much simpler and clearer.
My namesake, like me, works in marketing and has experience with web shops, advertising, SEO, and automations, so we had a lot to talk about.
I also really liked the communication: Vitaliy is polite, calm, sociable, and truly interested in the result. This is important to me when a specialist gives additional advice, thinks along with you, and works with enthusiasm.
I definitely recommend Vitaliy as a specialist who not only understands n8n and automations well but also knows how to explain complex things in simple terms.
