      Point A — Where we started

      The client reached out in March. Prior to this, she had worked with various specialists, but according to her, it was difficult to distinguish their work from her own launches.

      What problems we faced:
      1. The most popular piece of jewelry, which was the sales driver, quickly ran out. There were difficulties with suppliers.
      2. There were many inquiries in direct messages, but people "dropped off" at the purchasing stage.

      What I did from day one:
      • Conducted an audit of advertising and the profile — to identify weaknesses, increase conversion, and understand why previous launches did not yield results.
      • Developed a promotion strategy based on analysis and identified audience segments for testing (agreed with the client).
      • Created selling creatives and texts (approved with the client).
      • Set up separate campaigns for each segment.
      70% of connections were turned off as ineffective.
      30% provided a stable flow of applications and sales. These connections were scaled.
      • Monitored results daily, made adjustments, and was in contact with the client 24/7.
