I don't understand where the performer got 18 positive reviews. Danilo very rarely responds, I have already extended the deadlines once (+3 days), but he still did not manage to complete the task. He had a whole week to develop the model – and he did not do it. This indicates a failure to meet deadlines and a lack of responsibility.
Regarding professionalism, his modeling level is extremely low – it is clear that even the basic fundamentals are unfamiliar to him at this point. I showed him how to do it correctly three times – complete disregard. His last message was that he would soon send screenshots of the finished model, after which I was supposed to provide feedback. However, Danilo did not send anything, did not explain the situation, and did not even ask for an extension. The impression is extremely negative – an unserious approach to work.
I recommend first mastering the skills and learning to work qualitatively, and only then taking orders, adhering to deadlines, and responding to clients in a timely manner.
