      An American startup approached me with the task of developing an MVP AI platform for generating advertising video content.

      The project involved:

      A two-sided platform model with various types of users

      Integration of several AI engines

      Payment infrastructure

      Management of digital entities and access rights

      Asynchronous processing of media generation

      Scalable SaaS architecture

      It was necessary to design and implement the MVP from scratch — from architecture to production deployment.

      # Architectural solution:

      I designed the system as follows:

      Frontend: Lovable (React-based UI)

      Backend orchestration: n8n

      Database & Auth: Supabase

      Hosting: Vercel

      Payments: Stripe

      AI Engines: Veo, NanoBanana, KIE

      The platform includes a complex interaction model between several types of users and digital entities.

      The client used Salesforce as the main CRM for the sales department, and Agile CRM for marketing and operational processes.

      Problems arose:

      - Lack of a single up-to-date database

      It was necessary to create automatic data synchronization between the systems.

      - Manual transfer of companies and contacts to CRM
      - Loss of up to 40 hours per month per employee
      - Risk of human errors when copying data

      It was necessary to create an automated system that:

      - extracts data from SourceScrub
      - transfers it to Agile CRM
      - works without using the official SourceScrub API
      - reduces operational costs

      It was necessary to create a system that:

      * automatically retrieves data from Inven
      * transfers it to Agile CRM
      * works without using the official Inven API
      * minimizes company costs

      Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
      It was a very interesting and ambitious task. I needed not only to gather data on potential investors but also information about their investments, the companies they invested in, and the industries in which these companies operated. Then I had to set up email marketing, create email campaigns based on the collected data, and export the results to HubSpot for further processing.

      The following services were used to complete the task:

      - Crunchbase
      - ApiFy
      - Make.com
      - Snov.io
      - Google Sheets
      - Google Maps
      - Google Apps Script
      - HubSpot

      Automation was implemented using Make.com scripts (14 scenarios were created) and Google Apps Script (more than 20 scripts were developed).

      As a result, the client received a fully automated system that allows collecting leads, using them in email marketing campaigns, and gathering data in HubSpot for further processing.
    • Transcription of meetings in Sembly and posting ideas in Airtable.

      The client needed to automatically transcribe text after meetings in Sembly, process the transcribed text using a custom GPT, generate ideas for future LinkedIn posts, and upload information to Airtable.
    • Lead generation automation tasks

      The client needed to automate the collection of data about companies via Google Maps via APIFY, enrich this data via Snow using Make scripts, Google Shield scripts and collect everything from the Google Shield table into the necessary sheets. In the future, there will be import of contacts into Hubspot.

      Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
      1) The client needed to automate a webinar funnel using ActiveCampaign with integration with WebinarJam + automatic payments.

      2) Implemented thanks to complex automations in ActiveCampaign + integration with WebinarJam via Zapier.

      The payment system was automatically connected to the WordPress site.
      3) The client received an automatic lead generation system - which brings him 1000 leads or $10,000 every month.
    • ActiveCampaign + HubSpot via Make

      1) The client needed to automate the following process: when a contact in ActiveCampaign is added to a specific list, create the same contact in HubSpot Free, set up and link a deal to this contact, and add a link to the contact in ActiveCampaign for quick navigation between the platforms.

      2) This was implemented through comprehensive automation in ActiveCampaign + integration with HubSpot Free via Make.com.

      3) The client gained the ability to work in HubSpot Free, receiving leads from ActiveCampaign.
    • Integration of Cliniko and ActiveCampaign via Make.com

      Integration of Cliniko and ActiveCampaign via Make.com optimizes data flow between platforms.

      Using my experience in automation and API, I created a workflow on Make.com that extracts patient data from Cliniko and automatically creates or updates contacts in ActiveCampaign.

      After carefully analyzing both APIs, I ensured a reliable and efficient integration capable of handling many records. This process eliminates manual input, reduces errors, and saves time, allowing companies to focus on customer service.
    • Automation of article creation for Collaborator in CSV format

      The script takes a request from Google Sheets, then Perplexity generates a database based on the request, OpenAI writes an article based on the database, the text from Markdown is converted to HTML, a title and description are generated, a CSV file in Collaborator format is created, which is uploaded to Google Drive. Everything happens automatically.
