Предварительно необходимо посмотреть исходник dwg, свяжитесь пожалуйста со мной если устроят условия, а та к же уточните округление значений.
За поставленную сумму готов предложить корректировку dwg путем "перебивки" значений "см" на "дюймы" в ручную, и без подсчета материалов. Только коррективрока значений как на графической части так и в текстовой, БЕЗ ИЗМЕНЕНИЯ структуры исходного dwg.
