The specified cost includes the development of one type of external wall construction chosen by you or your partner under one type of finishing in no more than 2 color solutions specified by you in advance. Skills in the necessary program are required. For an additional fee, it is possible to develop different facade cladding options and external wall constructions; this will not significantly affect the facade drawings if the color or type of finishing is not changed, for different types of finishing and a 3D BIM model where the surface texture of the wall can be changed, the structural pie of enclosing constructions (foundation, walls, floor, roof) depending on what types of constructions will be chosen. I have been designing houses since 2009, with a diploma and architect certificate.
Drawings that need to be digitized and modified are required, a comprehensive list of changes, a comprehensive description of requirements and wishes with explanations, photo-video documentation of the site from different angles, topographic-geodetic survey at a scale of 1:500 (surveying, geodesy) and the location of the area, extraction from the general plan and topographic survey of the village to ensure the project meets the requirements, preferably if there is geology (results of geological surveys).
