    К дизайну требований особых нет, главное требование это кросбраузерность и возможность открывать на (всех устройствах). Это будет отдельная страница(ы), если надо CMS то лучше было бы WP или Joomla, но это не принципиально. Можно и на фреймворке (Bootstrap4 flex-box). Хостинг есть, доступ к тестовой базе дам.

    Я бы Вам советовал, не заниматься обменом документов с сайтом. 

    Как по мне, оптимальный вариант для вашей задачи, перегнать 1С в серверный режим.  Опубликовать базу через веб. 

    И дописать интерфейс(веб) в 1С доступа контрагента к своим счетам, оплатам и т.д.

    Во первых вы избежите лишнего обмена, во вторых сможете легко добавлять новый функционал своим клиентам в этот интерфейс, без необходимости переделывать сайт и обмен вслед за ним. 

    По времени это займет часов 10 примерно.  Может 15 если прийдеться повозиться с сервером.

    Sergey, ваш вариант мне нравится. Вопрос по реализации, это будет внешняя обработка? Если нет, то как быть с обновлениями платформы или базы?

    Если я опубликую базу через веб и дам доступы, соорентируйте по цене.

    Уточните, 1С на каком сервере? c интернета доступен, есть возможность http-публикации? Возможно ли выполнить задачу в 2 этапа (1C web-app, платежный шлюз)? 

    Предлагаю следующий вариант реализации:

    - Написать REST API на 1С  для синхронизации с web-приложением

    -  web-приложение на NodeJS или Python (личный кабинет клиента)


    Подобные задачи делал, можете ознакомиться в портфолио, могу продемонстрировать готовое решение на базе 1С УТ 11 и web-приложении

    Или есть другой вариант реализации

    -  Обработка для 1С с подпиской на событие (создание счета например) отправляющий на web-приложение данные о счетах (не требуется вэб публикация, 1С на поддержке остаётся)

    - web-приложение, хранящий, показывающий полученные данные из 1С
