Transfer of as-built planning of a two-storey detached house incl. garage in ArchiCAD 3D
Residential house with approx. 165 square metres.
Solid construction, double-shell masonry with clinker brick façade and pitched roof.
Task:
1. transfer of the existing drawings (floor plans/views/sections) into ArchiCad 26 as 3D BIM.
2. incorporation of the created conversion planning into the created CAD project. (Minimal changes to the floor plans)
3. transmission of the created .pln/.pla to the client via the upload link provided by the client.
A layout of the drawings is not required.
Template file will be provided. ArchiCad and PDF/DXF.
To avoid compatibility problems, it is desirable to enter the project in a German ArchiCAD 26 version.
The as-built documents and the conversion planning
will be made available via download link.
