Copying the existing design of a two-storey detached house into ArchiCAD 3D
Residential house with approx. 120 square meters, solid construction, plastered and pitched roof.
Task:
1. transfer of the existing drawings (floor plans/views/sections) into ArchiCad 26 as 3D BIM.
The basement is to be constructed as shown in the section.
The basement exterior walls are to be taken from the first floor.
The semi-detached house is to be mirrored.
2. transmission of the created .pln/.pla to the client via the upload link provided by the client.
Layout of the drawings is not required.
The template file is provided. ArchiCad and PDF.
To avoid compatibility problems, it is desirable to enter the project in a German ArchiCAD 26 version.
The as-built documents and photos will be made available via download link. (Floor plans/sections/photos)
