3D modeling of furniture sets

🛠 Tasks:

We are looking for a CAD/CAM specialist or a small team for ongoing collaboration in the design of custom furniture.

🔲 Scope of work:

    1.    3D modeling of furniture sets in:

    •    TopSolid Design 2018 (v6.19.200.0)

Or exporting models in the format:

    •    STEP (v6.19.200.0)

    2.    Excel specification with breakdown by:

    •    material type (chipboard, MDF, etc.),

    •    thickness (16 mm, 18 mm),

    •    construction elements (facades, bodies, shelves).

    3.    Generation of CAM files in formats:

    •    pgmx lux xxl for SCM Morbidelli M100 machine (2019),

    •    Maestro 1.00.024.1007 software (32-bit).

📌 Requirements:

        •    Experience with TopSolid Design / CAM (preferably woodworking) 

or Autodesk Inventor,

    •    Understanding of the specifics of preparing production files for CNC.

    •    Knowledge of the pgmx lux xxl format.

    •    Ability to create production specifications for Excel.

    •    Willingness for long-term cooperation.
