Creation of professional 3D visualizations of children's furniture for the brand book and website

We are a Ukrainian children's furniture brand SOFI Dreamland, preparing for an international exhibition in Poland and creating a complete brand book. We have over 10 collections of original furniture models (registered copyrights).

What needs to be done:

Create photorealistic 3D visualizations of each model.
The visualizations should be both in a clean studio setting (white/neutral scene) and in interiors (children's rooms).
There are ready drawings, technical models, and style references.
Style — Ukrainian ethnic style, wabi-sabi.

What we expect from the performer:

Experience in object 3D visualization (specifically furniture, preference for children's).
Ability to work with light and materials (textures of wood, textiles, soft-form).
Clean, modern style without "overloading".
High detail.
Portfolio with similar works is a must.

What we provide:

3D models or drawings (DFX/STEP/SKP).
Photos of real products (where available).
Technical specifications, dimensions, scene preferences.

Format of the final result:

300 dpi, PNG/JPG + PSD (if possible).
Separate renders for web and print (brand book).
1–2 studio angles.
2 interior angles.
On a white background

Budget:
To be discussed after portfolio evaluation and scope assessment.
(20–40$ per model / or a fixed price per collection.)

Deadlines:
Need to start as soon as possible. Some collections are urgent.

No gloss, acid colors, plastic textures.
Accents — only within the ethnic style (weaving, concise ornament, linen texture).
Overall emotion:
warmth, coziness, calmness, naturalness, handmade, familiar motifs.
Expectations from the performer
- Clear understanding of the style (based on provided references).
- Ability to work with light and natural materials.
- Designer vision of the interior scene.
- Attention to detail.
- Adherence to deadlines.
- Each model needs to be (I am adding models to work with):
  A) Visualized in a separate interior for each model
  - Each item — its unique, yet stylistically unified interior scene.
  - Style: Ukrainian ethnic + natural, with soft wabi-sabi notes.
  - The scene should not be overloaded — concise, warm, natural.
  - Mandatory use of textile reference: textures, colors, type of fabric.
  - Decor — only according to the provided references (ceramics, weaving, wood, linen cushions, children's details).
  - Lamp — in the style of the provided example (shape, material, atmosphere).
- B) Create studio renders (white background)
  - Each model — 2 angles.
  - Clean even light, neutral presentation.
  - High detail of materials.

Станіславе, усі 3D-моделі в нас повністю готові, тож моделювання не потрібне. Категорію “3D-моделювання” ми не додавали навмисно — нам важлива саме предметна візуалізація в українському етно-стилі: рендер готових моделей у інтер’єрі та на білому фоні. Потрібне дизайнерське бачення, грамотний добір текстилю та деталей, щоб це гармонійно поєднувалося з дитячими меблями. Завдання чітке: чисті студійні рендери і продумані інтер’єрні сцени.
