Я не из Одессы. Но у мня есть опыт создания подобных роликов но в такие сроки чтоб успеть минимум нужна команда из 3х человек и она у меня есть.
Но это бюджен около 2000$ если вам нужно больше чем просто мультик)))
только на рендер анимации может уйти 500$
