1. Вращающийся вертикально текст меню.
- текст должен висеть в воздухе, т.е. должна обеспечиваться прозрачность
- в качестве фона может использоваться любая картинка
- должен быть эффект огибания. Надписи как буд-то написаны на цилиндре, т.е. уезжающие надписи
вверх иили вниз должны масштабироваться и изгибаться (перспективное искажение).
- надписи должны плавно прокручиваться (без рывков) пальцем/мышкой. Не колесиком скролинга, а нажатой левой
кнопкой мыши
2. Передвижение иконок

Общие требования:
- Qt Creator 2.7.0 (Основан на Qt 5.0.2).
- OpenGL не использовать
- Демки должны располагаться в окне 800х480 пикселей.
- Задний фон должен быть картинкой с этим же разрешением.
- Использовать необходимо только компоненты из QtCore, QtGui и QtWidgets. QtQuick (QML) не использовать.
- Никакие дополнительные графические меню типа выбора файла для заднего фона или добавление строки/иконки не нужны.
Все это может жестко задаваться в демке списками строк или иконок.

QtКачество работы.
В исходниках нет не одного комментария, поясняющего его работу. Документации никакой нет. Проект работает, но дальнейшее наращивание и использование исходников будет затруднено.
Профессионализм.
Проект был нацелен на Qt GUI компонент. Может в Qt человек и профи, но по части GUI, я этого не увидел. Уровень общения с заказчиком очень низкий. Детали проекта вначале работы не уточнил, из-за чего, впоследствии, возникли трения.
Стоимость.
Проект был небольшой. Стоимость высокая. Я согласился только из-за обещаных малых сроков, которые были сорваны.
Контактность.
Быстро выходит на контакт, только когда ему это необходимо. Никаких заявленных в профиле 24/7 и близко нет.
Сроки.
Конкретно сорваны.
