Act35 - new agency of business assistants
I am launching a business assistance agency and looking for a proactive, responsible, and quick assistant who will become part of the team from the very start.
The project is just beginning, but there are already the first interested potential clients, so we need people ready to get involved immediately. This is a very promising and rapidly growing direction, so there is an opportunity to develop together with the company and truly be part of a business that is growing from scratch.
Responsibilities:
organizational tasks (information search, coordination, correspondence);
assistance in clients' operational processes;
communication, reminders, managing small projects;
occasionally — SMM support, CRM, research.
Requirements:
responsibility and quick response;
energy and courage, positivity;
good written communication;
ability to work in multitasking conditions;
basic experience in assisting will be a plus, but not mandatory — we will train.
