При уменьшении разрешения:

- автоматическое уменьшение фреймов, полное использование свободного пространства. Фрейм не может быть меньше самого длинного слова в нем;
- уменьшение шрифта для экономии пространства. Как именно - на ваше усмотрение (см. как происходит на bad-good.ru).

На Украину тяжело идут деньги. Лучше

всего для меня - это яндекс-деньги. Могу попытаться через веб-мани,
