Adaptation of Windows Forms / C# program to a new SVG map (QGIS → SVG)
There is a ready program in C# (WinForms) that works with a map in SVG format:
The program displays the map;
allows zooming, selecting points, reading coordinates, measuring distance, calibrating, etc.;
saving/loading parameters is implemented.
It is necessary to connect a new map (SVG file exported from QGIS) instead of the old one,
and adapt the display and logic so that everything works as before: Important - (just adapt the map, all functionality is already implemented)
check correct scaling, dragging (zoom/pan);
check the operation of coordinate transformations (pixel ↔ meter/UTM);
test interaction with points, labels of settlements, calibration.
