Я правильно понял, что нужно:
1) русифицировать темефорестовский шаблон
2) натянуть на него каркас в соответствии с теми пнгшниками, что в примере? Доставить все необходимые плагины, настроить их, создать категории и страницы?А то они, между прочим существенно различаются в зип-файле и у этой темы по внешнему виду.

Шаблон уже для WP, к тому же адаптивный. Цены шаблона $45 баксов, в переводе на гривну - 900 грн.
