если Вам надо пиксель перфект, то тут сетка бутстрапа не поможет, тут надо с нуля прописывать код css. специализируюсь на верстку пиксель перфект как адаптива так и статических страниц, но увы на данный момент уже выполняю проект.

пиксель перфект можно без проблем сделать для декстоп версии и если есть макеты под другие расширения то тоже не проблема сделать пиксель перфект. все свои работы делаю как адаптив так и статику только пиксель перфект, если нет макетов под мобильные устройства, то делаю в таком виде чтобы хорошо выглядело на всех устройствах и было удобно пользоваться всем контентом.

можно и для фул адаптива, просто что ясное дело это намного громоздким является по выполнению.

просто само понятие "PerfectPixel" вымерло с появлением отзывчивой (responsive) вёрсткой

тут палка с двух концов, хоть я и делаю верстку пиксель перфект, но мне вообще не понятно для чего прям пиксель в пиксель верстка, всё равно не достичь прям 100% идентичности к макету особенно учитывая кроссбраузерность, ведь разные браузеры по разному отображают величины шрифтов и отступов.

Pixel perfect можно с бутстрапом сделать, только если дизайнер это учел при составлении макета. Но в большинстве своём pixelperfect нужен то был, когда лет 10 назад были сайты со сложными нарезанными фонами. Сейчас то зачем? 1 пиксель выше чем на макете и уже не порядок, звучит как минимум не разумно.
Да и я, например, всё жду, когда же начнут сразу делать макеты под разные разрешения.
А то накидать в фотошопе можно как угодно и что угодно, а вот при верстке потом сиди и выкручивайся, при этом, всё за "две копейки".
Эх, никто не хочет прогрессировать, отказываться от пережитого, качественно работать...

И ещё забыл дописать, что за такие вот "сложности", естественно, надо бы и накинуть по деньгам. Ведь это всё трата дополнительных сил и времени.
Но большинство заказчиков скупы в таких вопросах, а как мы все знаем - "Скупой платит дважды", что собственно и происходит немного погодя. Тот же самый сайт, но тут поехало, там развалилось. И зачастую, бюджет ещё меньше, чем был до этого.

более того, сделаешь без бакетов, так потом еще и переделывать по 10 раз, то ему цвет не тот, то ему блок не тот

в таком случае я сразу предпочитаю с заказчиком оговорить, если нет макетов под другие расширения, я делаю на своё усмотрение если он не предлагает прототипов, но если потом переделывать, то за дополнительную оплату.
