The image even on the desktop looks extended because its size is 1250/445 and on the 1920 monitor it is extended and it doesn’t look very much.
You can do what it would just like on the mobile but it ends with loss proportions.
Here you need to completely change the slider and the images below it.
The image should be set by a baground rather than img for good adaptability.
