Тег <table> не перестраивается.
У вас например 5 столбцов и 2 строки.
При определенной ширине должно стать 2 столбца и 5 строк
А на совсем узких экранах должно быть 1 столбец и 10 строк.
Таблицами вы так не сделаете.
Можно конечно через медиазапрос менять. Но Outlook например этого не понимает.

Доброго вечора! Я вмію верстати адаптивні листи для розсилки, але данний макет трохи не підходить для адаптації....
В будь-якому випадку для верстання листів використовується XHTML 1.0 Transitional (Верстання за допомогою таблиць), але ніяк не HTML 5, і хоча прои верстанні таблиць можна використовувати деякі медіа-запити, але все ж таблиці адаптувати набагато важче ніж сучасне "блочне" (з використанням "div-блоків") верстання.
В вашому макеті є деякі елементи, які просто неможливо адекватно адаптувати!
