We need a competent admin for the server who can perform the following tasks:
Backup
Set up two backup modes:
Full backup – at least once a month.
Incremental backup – daily (for low-activity systems).
Ensure automation and logging of backup operations.
Recovery procedures
Configure and test reliable procedures for restoring server/service functionality from backups.
Restoration should be automated or semi-automated, with the ability to verify the correctness of the recovery.
Server status monitoring
Install and configure monitoring software:
Disk space
CPU load
Database load
Database and web server service status
Example software: Zabbix, Grafana + Prometheus, Netdata, Glances (by agreement).
Update monitoring
Install software to monitor OS and server software updates.
Ensure preliminary checks and testing of updates before deploying in the production environment.
Configure notifications for available updates.
Network filtering
Configure filtering of incoming and outgoing network packets on each interface using Access Lists (ACL) or similar mechanisms.
Minimize open ports and access points. Maintain documentation of rules.
Database server separation
Move the database to a separate server.
Ensure that:
The database server has no internet access.
The database is hosted on a separate virtual machine without a public IP.
Only internal IP — accessible only to applications within the same network/VPC.
Run the database on a Docker image.

For the monitoring service, I strongly recommend allocating a separate server, even a small one, to store the data there.
I can also advise on backups and how to set them up correctly, and most importantly, to ensure they are secure and stable, because the main problem people face is that backups exist but were last checked two years ago, and they worked then, but when needed, it turns out all backups are corrupted.
