ага, тоже не много не понял. Все топовые проекты на пхп делаются на Ларавель, лучше не придумаешь

не удачный опыт, это в том смысле что уже писали такую панельку и то что проблем было выше крыши, а так же переделывал ее уже раз 10 и она все равно работает очень плохо. против Laravel ничего не имею но сейчас не рассматриваю его.

Дело не в технологии - дело в реализации.
В умелых руках даже не самая эффективная и новая библиотека будет работать быстро и без багов. Я как-то давно разрабатывал проект для себя. FrontEnd был на jQuery. Поставленная задача не решалась существующими библиотеками. И я подошел к реализации задумки, которую через год или полтора опубликовали ребята с Facebook и Instagram. И называлась она React.

Опыт с низкоуровневыми фреймворками Laravel, Yii2, CodeIgniter, Kohana, Symfony и т.д. не может быть неудачный. Да, они отличаются между собой, разные разработчики используют то, что ближе. Но эти фреймворки способны реализовывать сложные высоконагруженные проекты. Потому требуют от разработчика высокого уровня подготовки. Как следствие, специалисты, разрабатывающие на этих фреймворках очень ценятся, их относительно мало.
Я это знаю, потому что проверял. И заказчики всегда оставались довольными.
Единственный опыт, который может быть неудачным - это сотрудничество с некомпетентным недобросовестным программистом. Ценности человека определяют его подход к жизни и людям, а это определяет результат. Поэтому не стоит делать вывод о технологии, рассматривая её в неразрывной связи с разработчиком, как будто эта пара атомарна. Ведь это не так. -
