Here is how I want the AI agent's workflow to look:
1. I update a Google sheet with a list of influencer names and email addresses
2. I provide the agent with the email subject and email message. The AI agent can suggest better subjects or messages.
3. The agent sends all emails from my Gmail, adding the Influencer's name to each message
4. When an Influencer replies, the agent removes the row from the Google sheet
5. I do not want the agent to reply to emails - (we will do that later)
6. Three days after the first email, the agent will send a follow-up email to everyone who did not respond.
7. When an Influencer replies, the agent removes the row from the Google sheet
8. After another 2 days, the agent will send a final follow-up email requesting a response
This would be the simplest agent, but I need something even better. I want the agent to automatically search for influencers on YouTube / Instagram / TikTok / (I don't know if it's possible to get APIs from these platforms and have the agent search directly on these platforms, but there is also an option through intermediaries who will provide creators, but the agent must recognize whom to email based on the average number of views on recent videos or posts. I prefer the agent to search directly on these platforms because intermediaries do not update in real-time).
For example, I want the agent to only contact people whose recent YouTube videos have an average of 20k views. And I want it to continuously search for creators and send emails to them.
