Good day. We need to complete a simple AI agent in the chat form on the admin page. Currently, there is a working solution without a database. We can provide the code for review after signing an NDA. The task is to enhance it with database synchronization.
To enable users to save requests from category A in chat format, and to use them (and work with them by the AI agent) in category B during chat.
There should be the ability to synchronize current requests from the database during chat with search queries.
The AI agent works through OpenAI, Gemini, or others, and has the ability to learn from database data in category A. It should also see what current requests are in the database to operate with them.
During chat, data from category B in the database is displayed, which should be processed through OpenAI or Gemini. If possible, the AI should learn from this database data and perform simple operations with it during chat (such as workload calculation, viewing a text summary of the work, etc.). All data are textual. The budget for completion is 8200 UAH. You can propose your implementation solution and price. OpenAI or Gemini are purchased, and N8N is available. Existing interface solutions can be used. Photo as a sample.
There will be additional minor improvements after completion. We are looking for a person for ongoing collaboration.

Ready to implement your AI agent from scratch using either PHP - API Platform or Python-FastAPI (preferably, but it depends on the development stack). The UI can be made with Chakra UI or Tailwind CSS, and Bootstrap would be appropriate.
